There are very few food items that cam be tasty and healthy at the same time and this date square from Gladful is one of them. This one has a mix of almond and cranberry along with dates which are all considered as superfoods. It can be taken anytime between meals or while traveling. Each squares come in separate packs so having one doesn't expose the other ones. I just love the flavour.
