Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.


DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME

As per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt( excluding company holidays, weekends and national holidays or days that the company  is not operational on due to natural calamity, weather conditions elsewise) .

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow us 7-10 business days from receipt of your order for delivery.

  • Enjoy free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹599

  • All COD orders will be charged ₹79 for shipping

Gladful will not be responsible for any Delivery accepted by any other person.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or maximum up to 48 hours from the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on hello@gladful.in or call on :  or Whatsapp . An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

 

We do not accept returns, due to hygiene challenges. In exceptional cases we will however issue store credit worth the same amount to the customer to be redeemed at our store.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@gladful.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
