Easy to make Mini Uttapam's with added benefits of carrot and spinach puree to make it look beautiful for your young ones!

Ingredients:
- Dosa Mix: 3/4 cup, divided into three parts
- Carrot Purée: 2 tbsp (from one small blended carrot)
- Spinach Purée: 2 tbsp (from blended spinach leaves)
- Water: 1/4 cup, to adjust batter consistency
- Oil: For greasing the pan
Method:
- Prepare carrot purée by boiling and blending one small carrot.
- For the spinach purée, blanch spinach leaves for 30 seconds, cool in cold water, drain, and blend.
- Distribute the dosa mix among three bowls. Combine one with carrot purée and another with spinach purée, adding a little water to each for a thick yet pourable batter.
- Mix the third bowl with water to achieve the same consistency.
- In a lightly oiled pan, pour the batter to create colourful mini uttapams. Use cookie cutters for fun and uniform shapes.
