Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter or Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Hung Curd or Yogurt
  • Granola for topping


  • Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix with milk and melted butter or ghee until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to distribute evenly through the batter.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared baking tin and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
  • Serve with a dollop of hung curd or yogurt and a sprinkle of granola for extra crunch.



  • 1 कप पैनकेक मिक्स
  • 1/2 कप दूध (या जरूरत पड़ने पर अधिक)
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच पिघला हुआ मक्खन या घी
  • 1/2 कप ताज़ा ब्लूबेरीज़
  • 1/2 कप हंग कर्ड या दही
  • ग्रेनोला


  1. ओवन को 175°C पर प्रीहीट करें।

  2. एक कटोरे में सभी सूखी सामग्री को मिलाएं।

  3. अलग कटोरे में गीली सामग्री को मिलाएं।

  4. गीला मिश्रण सूखे मिश्रण पर डालें, मिलाएं जब तक यह संयुक्त न हो जाए।

  6. 175°C पर 20-25 मिनट तक बेक करें।
