Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Gladful’s sprouted moong and beetroot mix
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato
  • Water, as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Some peanuts

Method:

  • Preparation: Begin by mixing Gladful’s sprouted moong and beetroot mix with a boiled and mashed potato. Slowly add water until you achieve a thick consistency.
  • Forming Tikki: Shape the mixture into round tikkis and coat each with coarsely ground peanuts for an extra crunch.
  • Cooking: Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the tikkis until they are golden brown on both sides, ensuring a crispy exterior and soft interior.
