- 1 cup soaked chana dal
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped coriander
- Turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp Sprouted moong and beetroot chilla mix from Gladful
Cooking Instructions:
- Begin by blending the soaked chana dal into a coarse paste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dal paste with grated ginger, chopped green chili, onions, and coriander.
- Season with turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder according to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, form the dal mixture into round patties and fry them until they turn golden brown on each side.
- Serve the hot Chattambade with your favorite chutney or dip for an authentic taste experience.
