Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soaked chana dal
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • Turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp Sprouted moong and beetroot chilla mix from Gladful

Cooking Instructions:

  • Begin by blending the soaked chana dal into a coarse paste.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the dal paste with grated ginger, chopped green chili, onions, and coriander.
  • Season with turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder according to taste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, form the dal mixture into round patties and fry them until they turn golden brown on each side.
  • Serve the hot Chattambade with your favorite chutney or dip for an authentic taste experience.

विधि:
