Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. CLIMB FOODS Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be done to the registered address of the buyer. Customers will receive emails and SMS for all order-related queries timely. CLIMB FOODS Pvt. Ltd. only ships products in India. Currently, International Shipments are not supported.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Gladful. If you have any feedback, please write to us at hello@gladful.in Returns and refunds may be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note the following about our order, returns and refund policy:

Order Processing

1. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order placement (if there is a delay, we will keep you informed)

2. You will receive the order within 10 working days of the dispatch (much earlier in normal cases)

3. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 5 days from the date of receiving the products after writing to us with a proof of purchase

4. Once we receive the products and email for the same, we will check and scrutinize the complaint and issue redressal for the same.

5. For valid complaints, we will bear the return expenses

Refund and Exchange procedure

1. On receiving the products along with the order receipt, we will exchange or reimburse the amount by issuing Cheque/ UPI in the same name as mentioned in the order detail.

2. Everything will be notified to the complainant through emails.
