Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 2 Large Potatoes (julienne cut)
  • Gladful's Carrot Chilla Mix
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sesame Seeds

Method:

  • Begin by combining 1 cup of Carrot Chilla Mix with green peas, green chilies, and coriander.
  • Add the julienne-cut potatoes to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Gradually add water to create a thick yet smooth batter for the bhaji.
  • Heat a pan, add a few drops of oil, and spread the batter to your desired size.
  • Cook until crispy, sprinkle sesame seeds on one side, and flip.
  • Continue cooking until the bhaji turns golden brown and crispy.

  • 1 कप हरे मटर
  • 2 बड़े आलू (जूलियन कट)
  • ग्लेडफुल का गाजर चिल्ला मिक्स
  • ताजा धनिया
  • नमक (स्वादानुसार)
  • तिल

विधि:

  1. 1 कप गाजर चिल्ला मिक्स को हरे मटर, हरी मिर्च, और धनिया के साथ मिलाएं।
  2. मिश्रण में जूलियन कट आलू डालें और अच्छे से मिलाएं।
  3. धीरे-धीरे पानी डालकर भजी के लिए गाढ़ा परंतु चिकना घोल बनाएं।
  4. एक पैन गरम करें, कुछ बूंदे तेल डालें, और अपनी पसंद के अनुसार घोल को फैलाएं।
  5. कुरकुरा होने तक पकाएं, एक तरफ तिल छिड़कें, और पलट दें।
  6. भजी सुनहरा भूरा और कुरकुरा होने तक पकाना जारी रखें।
