Create a nutritious and visually appealing meal with a twist! Using Ragi Dosa Uttapam Mix, you can easily prepare fluffy idlis shaped like sunflowers by adding corn kernels for decoration. This recipe is perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a light dinner, giving you a delicious way to enjoy millets.
In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of Ragi Dosa Uttapam Mix with 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup water. Stir until you achieve a smooth batter. Add more water or mix as needed to adjust the consistency.
Grease the idli moulds with oil or ghee. Optionally, place corn kernels in the center of each mould for decoration.
Pour the batter into the moulds, filling them just below the rim.
Steam the idlis for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the idlis cool slightly before removing from the moulds. Serve warm with coconut chutney and enjoy!

विधि
एक बड़े कटोरे में 4 कप रागी डोसा उत्तपम मिक्स, 1 कप दही और 1 कप पानी मिलाएं। चिकना घोल बनने तक इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं। आवश्यकता अनुसार और पानी या मिक्स मिलाएं।
इडली के सांचों को तेल या घी से ग्रीस करें। प्रत्येक सांचे के केंद्र में मकई के दाने रखें ।
सांचों को घोल से थोड़ा नीचे तक भरें।
इडलियों को 20-25 मिनट तक भाप में पकाएं या जब तक एक टूथपिक साफ न निकले।
इडलियों को थोड़ा ठंडा होने दें और फिर सांचों से निकालें। नारियल की चटनी के साथ गरमा गरम परोसें और आनंद लें!
