Ingredients
- 4 cups Ragi Dosa Uttapam Mix
- 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1 cup water
- Corn kernels (optional, for decoration)
- Oil or ghee, for greasing
Method
- In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of Ragi Dosa Uttapam Mix with 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup water. Stir until you achieve a smooth batter. Add more water or mix as needed to adjust the consistency.
- Grease the idli moulds with oil or ghee. Optionally, place corn kernels in the center of each mould for decoration.
- Pour the batter into the moulds, filling them just below the rim.
- Steam the idlis for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the idlis cool slightly before removing from the moulds. Serve warm with coconut chutney and enjoy!
